Site Planning and Test Fit Studies

Test fit studies are an essential part of the architectural design process, allowing clients to visualize how a site can be developed before committing to a project. By exploring building placement, circulation, density, and opportunities within a property, these studies help reveal a site's full potential while informing early design decisions.

I had the opportunity to develop test fit studies for three retail sites, creating conceptual layouts that balanced the client's vision with the unique characteristics of each location. These early planning exercises became valuable tools for evaluating possibilities and establishing a clear direction for future development.
