Heartwood is a boutique luxury apartment community located in Eugene's River District, thoughtfully designed to connect residents with the surrounding parks, trails, and waterfront. I had the opportunity to co-lead the interior design and branding efforts from schematic design through construction administration, working collaboratively with the owner, architects, consultants, marketing team, and contractor to bring the vision to life.

My responsibilities included interior design leadership, lighting design and specifications, furniture selection and procurement, artwork curation, specialty equipment coordination, branding, construction administration, and owner representation throughout the project. Through regular site visits, cross-disciplinary coordination, and close collaboration with the project team, I helped ensure every detail aligned with the project's design vision, budget, and quality standards.
