This concept study explored the development potential of Parcel 7R at The River District as a standalone restaurant. The design examined building placement, site circulation, outdoor dining opportunities, and visibility within the larger development.

The test-fit process helped establish the restaurant’s relationship to the street, surrounding buildings, and pedestrian activity while creating a clear framework for future development.
