Site Planning and Test Fit Studies

This concept study explored the transformation of a retail site at The River District into a food hall, bar, and live music venue. The test-fit process examined building placement, circulation, outdoor gathering areas, and program opportunities to help evaluate the site’s potential before moving into full design.

I had the opportunity to develop test fit studies for three retail sites, creating conceptual layouts that balanced the client's vision with the unique characteristics of each location. These early planning exercises became valuable tools for evaluating possibilities and establishing a clear direction for future development.
