The River District is a master-planned mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon, envisioned as a vibrant riverfront neighborhood that combines residential living, retail, hospitality, and public spaces into a connected urban community. The project brings together multiple building types and development phases to create a cohesive identity while strengthening Eugene's relationship with the Willamette River.

As Interior Project Manager and Owner Representative, I led the interior design and branding teams from schematic design through construction administration. Working closely with the owner, architects, consultants, contractors, marketing, and leasing teams, I coordinated design decisions across multiple projects to ensure a consistent vision, maintain budgets and schedules, and create a seamless resident and visitor experience throughout the district.
