Waterfront Test Fit

This concept study explored the development potential of a waterfront site as a destination restaurant. The design examined building placement, circulation, views, outdoor dining opportunities, and the relationship between the restaurant and the surrounding site.

The test-fit process helped establish a clear direction for the project while maximizing visibility, access, and the connection between the interior dining experience and the waterfront setting.
