Building Sustainable Urban Living

Osprey is a 271-unit mixed-use apartment community in Portland's South Waterfront district, featuring a seven-story wood-frame building, 7,800 square feet of ground-floor retail, two levels of underground parking, and LEED Silver certification. Designed to support an active urban lifestyle, the project combines sustainable design strategies with thoughtfully planned residences and inviting shared spaces.

As Interior Project Manager and Client Representative, I led the interior design and branding teams from schematic design through construction administration. Collaborating with the developer, architects, consultants, contractor, marketing, and leasing teams, I coordinated the design process while managing project budgets, schedules, and interdisciplinary communication.

My role focused on maintaining a cohesive design vision and delivering a community where sustainability, functionality, and resident experience work together seamlessly.
