• Directed and empowered the interior design and branding team through all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring strict budget control and alignment with market trends.  

• Facilitated and drove weekly cross-functional meetings with teams from marketing, leasing, branding, design, construction, and external consultants to ensure seamless and cohesive project execution.​​​
