Stella is a 244-unit luxury apartment community in Marina del Rey, California, thoughtfully designed to reflect the relaxed sophistication of Southern California living. The seven-story mixed-use development combines contemporary residences, ground-floor retail, and inviting outdoor spaces to create a vibrant residential experience.

As Lead Interior Designer, I collaborated with the developer, branding consultants, leasing team, architects, and contractor from concept through construction. My work included interior space planning, lighting design, finish selections, exterior landscape design for the central breezeway, and close coordination across disciplines to ensure every element contributed to a cohesive resident experience. The result is a community where architecture, interiors, and landscape come together to create a welcoming sense of place.
