Designed for Creative Urban Living

Smith & Burns is a 150-unit, five-story apartment community in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood, thoughtfully designed to reflect the energy and creativity of one of the city's most vibrant urban districts. Boutique amenities, contemporary interiors, and carefully curated shared spaces create a residential experience that is both modern and community-focused.

As Interior Project Manager, I led the interior design and branding teams from schematic design through construction administration. Working closely with the developer, interior designer, architects, consultants, contractor, marketing, and leasing teams, I coordinated the design process while managing budgets, schedules, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
My role was to ensure that every design decision—from the resident amenities to the branding and interior details—supported a cohesive vision and an engaging living experience.
