The leasing office is often a prospective resident's first experience with a community, making it one of the most important spaces to design. My goal was to create welcoming, functional environments that reflect each property's identity while providing an exceptional experience for both visitors and leasing staff.

From space planning and finish selections to furniture, lighting, and artwork, every element was thoughtfully coordinated to support the leasing process and showcase the lifestyle each community offers in a temporary leasing space. These spaces were designed to feel warm, inviting, and memorable—helping future residents envision themselves at home before they ever sign a lease.
