Mar de Jade, Chacala, Mexico, has become my annual retreat, where I immerse myself in yoga under the guidance of my teachers, Tonya Garreaud and Nina Pillegi. Each day offers a chance not only to deepen my yoga practice but also to express my creativity through drawing.
