Stella bold branding was used to create a dynamic and beach casual leasing offices. The construction was design-built managed by the Contractor and Arroyo Interior Design.  The goal was to create an awesome space with little budget.

As Lead Designer collaborated with Developers, Branding Company, Leasing Group, and Contractor as follows:

• managed presentations for approvals
