This is my master's in architecture terminal project completed June 2022.

The "Clients"

Home Forward
Seniors are the main tenant of the Home Forward building.
The Seniors are encouraged in supporting the families of Path-Home. This helps the seniors stay active and not feel lonely. It provides the families the much needed child care help.

Path-Home (Former Portland Homeless Family Solutions)

Provides emergency housing to families at the verge of homelessness.

Neighbourhood
Overland benefits from having more renters and dining options with the food trucks, as well as, seasonal entertainment at the new stage.

The guiding design principles came from in- depth research on Deaf Space and Trauma Informed Designed.
