​Some of my key accomplishments were:   

• Directed and empowered the interior design and branding team through all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring strict budget control and alignment with market trends.  

• Facilitated and drove weekly cross-functional meetings with teams from marketing, leasing, branding, design, construction, and external consultants to ensure seamless and cohesive project execution.​​

• Managed the FFE Selection, Procurement, and Installation working closely with procurement agency and interior designer.

• Curated artwork and managed installation.

• Managed procurement of specialty items like: gym equipment, Luxor One, and Interior Plantscaping.

• Reviewed and approved all interior related RFI and Submittals as Owner Representative.

​

• Performed by-weekly site visits to ensure progress was made per Owner's expectations.
